1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of inspection services from AutoCheck Pros. By submitting an inspection request or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our inspection disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference.

2. The service

We provide independent, mobile, visual and non-invasive vehicle inspections and deliver a written report of the vehicle's observed condition at the time of inspection. We are not a party to your purchase or sale, we do not broker vehicles, and we do not repair the vehicles we inspect for buyers.

3. Scheduling, access, and cooperation

Inspections require lawful access to the vehicle, keys where applicable, and the cooperation of the seller, dealership, auction, or facility. If access is refused, restricted, or unsafe, we will complete what can reasonably and lawfully be performed and note the limitation in the report, or reschedule.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are as published on our pricing page or as quoted for specialty vehicles and locations. We will confirm the total (including add-ons and any agreed travel outside our standard area) before work begins. Payment terms, and any cancellation or rescheduling fees, will be confirmed at booking.

5. Reports

Reports are prepared for the ordering customer and reflect the inspector's professional observations at a point in time. Sellers who commission reports may share them with prospective buyers. Reports are not warranties, guarantees, appraisals of value, or certifications of roadworthiness, and they do not constitute legal, financial, or purchase advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an inspection or report is limited to the amount paid for that inspection, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for obtaining any permissions needed for us to access the vehicle, and for your own purchase or sale decision.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, report formats, and branding are our property or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
