About Us

The advisor you call before the money moves

AutoCheck Pros has been professionally inspecting vehicles since 2020, built on years of hands-on mechanical and body-shop experience — and on buying and selling plenty of cars ourselves. We know how vehicles break, how damage gets hidden, and how deals get pushed. That's exactly the perspective you want on your side before you commit thousands of dollars to someone else's description.

Who we are

Inspecting cars since 2020 — with the scars to prove it

A good inspection isn't a checklist; it's pattern recognition earned the hard way. Here's the experience behind every AutoCheck Pros report.

Mechanical & body-work experience

Our background spans both sides of the shop: engines, drivetrains, brakes, and suspensions — and the collision-and-paint side, where hidden accident repairs, resprayed panels, and body filler get spotted. Most inspectors know one world; knowing both is how concealed damage gets caught.

We've bought and sold cars ourselves

We know the listings, the lot tactics, the 'runs great' descriptions, and the pressure plays — because we've sat on both sides of the deal. That experience shapes what we look for and the questions we tell you to ask before you negotiate.

Independent since day one

We don't sell cars, we don't repair the cars we inspect for buyers, and we don't answer to the seller. Our only incentive is telling you the truth about the vehicle in front of us.

A process, not a walk-around

Every inspection follows the same 200+ point method with diagnostic tools and photo documentation — the same rigor whether it's a $4,000 commuter or a six-figure classic.

Why customers trust us

We've talked people out of bad cars — and into good ones

Some of our proudest reports are the ones that ended a deal: the "clean" truck with frame rot painted over, the accident car whose respray only showed up under a paint-depth gauge, the listing whose story didn't survive an OBD scan. Walking a customer away from a $15,000 mistake is worth more than any sale — and it's why buyers come back to us for the next car, and send their family and friends.

Just as often, the answer is good news: the car checks out, the small stuff is priced into the negotiation, and you buy with a clear head instead of crossed fingers. Either way, you get a straight, plain-English answer from someone whose only job is your interests — never the seller's.

Every inspection is performed by a certified inspector, carried out with full liability insurance, and delivered as a photo-documented report you can act on: negotiate with facts, budget for what's coming, or move on to a better car.

What customers say

Real inspections, real decisions

I was literally about to sign the paperwork on a 'clean' Ford F-150. I had a gut feeling and called AutoCheck Pros at the last minute. John found significant frame rot that was deliberately painted over. The seller was not happy, but I was ecstatic. That inspection cost $200 but saved me from an $18,000 truck that would have been unsafe to drive. If you're even slightly unsure, just book it. It's a no-brainer.

Sarah L.Saved from a huge mistake

The inspection report from AutoCheck Pros was worth its weight in gold. The car was in good shape, but the report listed a few minor issues I never would have found — like aging tires and a worn serpentine belt. I used the detailed report to negotiate $1,500 off the asking price. That covered the cost of the repairs and then some. I didn't just buy a car; I bought confidence.

Michael T.A savvy negotiator

As a first-time car buyer, I was so overwhelmed and scared of being taken advantage of. The inspector from AutoCheck Pros was incredibly patient. He didn't just look at the car; he walked me through everything on the phone afterward and explained what it all meant in plain English. He told me it was a solid car, and that was all I needed to hear. I could finally sleep easy.

Chloe K.A grateful first-timer
