• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, your role in the transaction, vehicle details (year/make/model, VIN, mileage, listing URL, asking price), the vehicle's location, seller contact details you choose to share, scheduling preferences, and notes you enter in our forms.
• Information collected automatically: standard technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) and, if analytics are enabled, aggregated usage statistics. We capture campaign parameters (UTM tags) so we know how you found us.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment card data through this website, or information from children under 13.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inspection request, confirm availability and pricing, and schedule the inspection.
• To coordinate access with the seller or facility when you ask us to.
• To deliver your inspection report and related follow-up.
• To improve our website and understand which marketing brings customers.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Calls and text messages (SMS consent)

When you submit a request and check the consent box, you agree that we may call or text you about scheduling and your inspection. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask us to note your preference.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, form-processing, email, scheduling, or CRM tools configured for this site), with the seller or facility to the limited extent needed to arrange access when you request it, and where required by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep request and report records for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and insurance purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@autocheckprofessionals.com. We will honor requests as required by applicable law, including the New Jersey Data Privacy Act where it applies.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for basic functionality (for example, saving your in-progress request form on your own device). If analytics tracking is enabled, it may set additional cookies; details will be listed here before launch.
